What We Collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. When you take the Get Lean Quiz we collect your name, WhatsApp number, optional email address, and your quiz responses. When you visit our website we collect anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) including pages visited, time on page, and device type. We do not collect payment card details — all payments are processed securely by PayHero and M-Pesa.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send you order confirmation and delivery updates via SMS or WhatsApp, send you wellness content and product updates if you have opted in via the quiz or WhatsApp, improve our website and product offering using anonymised analytics data, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
WhatsApp Communication
By submitting your WhatsApp number through our quiz or order form you consent to receiving messages from SlimNow Kenya. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will never sell or share your WhatsApp number with third parties.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share your delivery address and phone number with our courier partners solely for the purpose of delivering your order. We use third-party services including Google Analytics, PayHero, and Twilio — each governed by their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
We retain your order and contact information for a period of 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Quiz data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
