Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you before processing your order.
Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful M-Pesa payment via STK push or cash on delivery arrangement. You will receive an SMS confirmation after successful payment. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability — in the rare event of a stock issue we will contact you within 24 hours.
Delivery
We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya. Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation. Delivery is free on all orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability. SlimNow is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Get Lean orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery contact us at info@slimnow.co.ke or WhatsApp 0713 899311. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval. Products must not have been tampered with and must be returned in original packaging where possible. Refunds are issued to the original M-Pesa number used for payment.
